This post is the start of a project we’ve wanted to do for a while. Relaxation training while combining awareness and release of muscle tension is powerful way to achieve calmness and, as some of you may have experienced, only takes a few minutes to achieve this effect!

We recommend you try this track or some other type of relaxation at least once a day to help with stress and anxiety. This track we’ve been working on is about seven minutes long and narrated by Emmy, our new relaxation coach. It can also be downloaded and used at your leisure.
